What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a very relaxed therapeutic approach, I come to each session as myself, and I welcome you to do the same. We will start there and move forward together based on your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

This can look different depending on your unique needs. In our first session, I will ask some questions to learn more about you, your history and your desires for therapy, but I try to do this through conversation rather than a strictly clinical question and answer session. We will continue to build off of this conversation and dive deeper into these things as sessions continue, and at a pace you feel comfortable.
