What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients build coping skills and resilience to stress for a variety of challenges including: trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, parenting skills, justice system involvement, anger management, workplace stress, holistic wellness, and more. My approach is strengths-based and nonjudgmental.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer telehealth services anywhere in Ohio, and in-person services in the Cleveland area. For people outside of Ohio, I provide resilience coaching, professional workshops, and more. Schedule a free consultation to see if my services are right for you.
