Getting to know Eisha Collins

Well, hello beautiful people! I aim to help Black women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or spirituality. From the time we are born, we are exposed to many unpleasant and even unexplainable circumstances that leave us desperately looking for answers. Unfortunately, as Black women, the ?lack? can result in us dealing with our reality in a number of devastating ways. There is an amount of deception in MANY forms in our society that is cultivated, and we fall victim to it?some for a short period, and some all of our lives. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Barry University, which has equipped me to support and empower those navigating these challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, direct, and inquisitive. I will challenge you (respectfully and with love of course :)

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My role is to be a mirror for you; help you get to the root cause of where you are and how you got there. I request that you come with an open mind, honesty, and humility. Because we can’t change what we refuse to acknowledge.
