I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP), specializing in treating adults and young adults in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental transitions, addiction, etc. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Niagara University. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University. My passion for helping others, developed through both personal and professional experiences, led me to pursue a career as a therapist dedicated to supporting growth, resilience, and well-being.
