You keep finding yourself doing things you don't want to be doing, but no matter what you try, you can’t seem to stop. Maybe this happens because of trauma: whether it was something “big” that happened to you, or invalidation that you received over and over until it left you clinging to emotions, relationships, and beliefs that no longer served you. You might have even tried therapy for a long time, but it felt like you were just sitting around talking and nothing really changed. You’re overwhelmed. You’re emotionally exhausted. And this is definitely not how you want the rest of your life to go.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You keep finding yourself doing things you don't want to be doing, but no matter what you try, you can’t seem to stop. Maybe this happens because of trauma: whether it was something “big” that happened to you, or invalidation that you received over and over until it left you clinging to emotions, relationships, and beliefs that no longer served you. You might have even tried therapy for a long time, but it felt like you were just sitting around talking and nothing really changed. You’re overwhelmed. You’re emotionally exhausted. And this is definitely not how you want the rest of your life to go. I work with teens and young adults who feel stuck in lives that no longer feel like what they wanted. Together, we’ll work to figure out what behaviors, feelings, and beliefs that are leading to anxiety and unhappiness, and develop real, practical skills to manage your emotions and actions better.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You don’t need more judgment, random advice, or endless talking that goes nowhere. You need active support, clear feedback, and therapy that actually works. Let's start with a free 15-minute consultation—no pressure, just a chance to talk. And then let's get to work building emotional and relational health and wholeness.
