I balance empathy and directness in a way that helps clients feel heard and respected. My role is to offer an honest mirror that allows a client to exercise their freedom and autonomy in pursuing what matters most to them. My professional experience includes 10+ years of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have particular experience in working with the Military/Veteran population. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington and earned my Masters Degree from Eastern Washington University's nationally accredited Counselor Education program.
