There is a distinct mind-body connection that most of us are not aware of. When your mind suffers, your physical health soon follows. This very mind-body connection is something we will explore together in our counseling sessions. I focus on holistic healing methods that bring together both the mental and physical aspects of yourself.
I welcome clients of all ages and from all backgrounds and strive to make our sessions a judgment-free space. I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
As we work together, I hope to help you find peace, purpose, and healing. In doing so, this may create a ripple effect in your life that impacts others outside of therapy-helping to build a happier, healthier world around you.
In each session, I will meet you where you are and give you the patience you need to work at your own pace. I strive to be an active listener as you explore your feelings and experiences.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from City University of New York, Hunter College, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I'm open to a variety of client populations and issues. I like to work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Perhaps they need guidance on a particular issue, such as a change in their environment or family dynamics, or need to make peace in a relationship. No matter the reason, I'm willing to help. I understand transitions can be difficult and I'm here to guide them to a place of strength, so they can feel empowered to achieve success in their lives.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I'm naturally compassionate, empathetic, and patient, which is why this field was a logical fit for me. I am passionate in my desire to help you achieve your goals. I provide a judgment-free space for you to explore any personal issues that are causing you distress. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, to take that first step toward healing. I invite you on this journey to collaborate with me on the steps we can take together to work through your feelings and concerns.
