This doctor contacted me prior, made me fill out extensive forms, and then didn't show up. When I contacted the office, they told me she was AWOL and wasn't answering anyone's calls.
Later in the day, the practice manager contacted me to say Elena had been missing all day.
In the end she sent me a short message saying she "didn't notice the appointment." The one she had had me fill out forms for. No explanation of why her office couldn't get in touch with her all day. Just a, "yeah, I missed it."
