Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go at it alone. I believe a safe and non-judgmental space to explore past traumas, current difficulties, and complex emotions is crucial to building a happy and fulfilling life. My goal is to provide that space for you, where you can feel heard and supported as we navigate your journey together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) originally from Baltimore, MD. I graduated from Towson University with my B.S. and Syracuse University with my M.S. I strive to use my openness, humor, and compassion to create an environment where people feel comfortable and safe. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and person-centered approaches. I enjoy working with adults, couples, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other varying diagnoses. I also have experience working with psychotic disorders, specifically Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective disorder. Additionally, I find great fulfillment in helping clients navigate relationship and attachment challenges. When we work together, you can expect a collaborative and empathetic approach tailored to your unique needs. I am here to support you through life's transitions, help you manage stress, and work through any trauma you may have experienced.
