My focus is working with adults and adolescents (16 and up) who have a history of domestic abuse, child abuse and sexual assault. I also work with individuals managing other life challenges such as depression and anxiety, OCD, relationship difficulties, challenges related to neurodivergence, and challenges that members of the LGBTQ+ community face. I utilize trauma processing interventions such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and written exposure therapy, along with psychoeducation about the nervous system and how to implement self-care. My style is person-centered, meaning that I'm an advocate for you and create a non-judgmental, empathic space. I know reaching out can be hard.
