I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have been a social worker for over 17 years and have been providing psychotherapy for the last 12 years. I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University (Go Noles!). My areas of expertise include the impact of health-related conditions on quality of life, grief counseling, finding meaning and purpose, utilizing mindfulness to cope with stress, and adjustments to life transitions. Many of my clients are coping with cancer, fertility, aging, life transitions, and the grief that can arise within each of those areas. There may be times when you just need someone to talk to and someone who can listen. There may be times when you need specific feedback and interventions. You might feel stressed, confused, disconnected, or sad and need to figure out what to do. You might have time for just 1-5 sessions, or you might want ongoing support. We can figure this out together.
