With specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a variety of other trauma-informed modalities, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. I served 20 years in the military, including two overseas deployments. That experience shaped my understanding of trauma on a deep level and fuels my passion for walking alongside others on their healing journey—especially those carrying the invisible wounds of service, abuse, or complex trauma. My hope is to walk with you through your journey of healing—not as an expert with all the answers, but as a guide who honors your inner wisdom. I believe that you are the expert on yourself. In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer psilocybin-assisted therapy in the state of Colorado as part of a carefully structured and legally compliant therapeutic process. For clients who are interested and appropriate for this modality, I integrate preparation, guided experiences, and integration sessions to support deep healing and expanded self-awareness in a safe, ethical, and trauma-informed environment.
