Hi there, I am Eliana Gassette, an LMHC with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and panic attacks. I love mixing cognitive behavior and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help high performers manage anxiety and increase self-confidence and self-esteem. Together, we can identify what's not working and get back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the struggles. The questionnaire gives me a foundation to reflect on before my first session with you as my client. I’ll pull some things from your responses and ask if that’s where you want to start, or if there’s something else you’d like to dive into during our time together.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
