Getting to know Elias Oseni

Now accepting new clients ages 12-25! I am dedicated and passionate about providing healing to youth and young adults who have been through traumatic or stressful events. I am interested in being a voice for the voiceless and committed to providing exceptional care for all clients. I believe early intervention is the first step toward emotional healing and therefore enjoy assisting clients in adolescence and early adulthood. I want clients to know they are in a safe and supportive environment-feeling accepted and understood-while also challenging and inspiring them to take on new challenges and see things from a different perspective. I also want clients to understand that therapy takes work, it takes time, and the outcome depends on their efforts and the therapeutic relationship. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively on their healing journeys.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Experiencing my own Trauma and overcoming them have shaped me as a therapist. It has helped me be more empathetic and non-judgmental. Some of my hobbies include biking, playing tennis, traveling to new countries and trying new restaurants. I look forward to getting to know each other! What is your typical process for working with clients?

My office starts off the process with a 15 minute free consultation on the phone to gather some information about what you're experiencing, insurance, etc. and then can get you onto my schedule ASAP! Schedule with me on here and a care coodrinator will give you a call.
