I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Long Island University Brooklyn, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to therapy.

I'm an attuned and caring therapist with a sense of confidence. In sessions, I empower my clients to utilize their potential. While I have experience with using short-term therapies effectively, I also provide long-term dynamic treatment for adults who are committed to gaining a deeper understanding of their inner life, moods and their relationships. I really look forward to hearing from you, and together we can assess whether I'm a good fit for you. We can spend time together to talk about your needs and feelings and what you'd like to gain from our sessions. Although it can feel challenging to talk about difficult feelings and experiences, I focus on making the experience feel safe and comfortable.
