Hello, I am a Clinical Therapist and Epidemiologist. I started college at the age of 14. Since then, I have attended 3 prestigious universities. I have developed curriculum for several states in thousands of schools. I have been a children's, courts, school, outpatient, and substance abuse therapist. I love all populations, people, ages, and lifestyles. My purpose is to help and grow my clients. I will learn from you just like you will learn from me, this is a partnership. I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Master of Social Work, and a Master of Medicine in Public Health from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
