My objective is to help create a safe, inclusive, and authentic space where you feel heard and understood. I support clients facing a variety of life stressors and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have experience working with diverse populations and LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals. I believe that through exploring painful experiences and negative patterns, we can make space for difficult feelings while also finding empowerment toward growth, internal validation, and self-acceptance. I place great emphasis on the working relationship between client and clinician. I personally know how much courage it takes to reach out for help, and I understand firsthand how life-changing working with the right therapist can be. It would be my privilege to be part of your journey toward creating the life you truly desire and deserve. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University. What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy that focuses on your subjective experience; the integration of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and psychoanalysis will be utilized when appropriate to fulfill your individual needs. I also bring a queer, feminist, trauma-informed, and cultural awareness perspective to my work.
