I am passionate about helping you create a healthy relationship with yourself and with the people you love. I work with individuals and couples specializing in a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, divorce, blended families and remarriage, abuse, parenting, infidelity, self-esteem and confidence, and perfectionism. Helping you, your marriage, and your family to heal is my passion! It is important to me that my clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
