For over two decades, I've worked as both a teacher and a counselor, and I bring that unique combination of structure, compassion, and knowledge into my work with clients.
My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe counseling should feel like a safe place to breathe and think clearly- but also a space where you leave with tools you can really use. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect the dots between your past experiences, present struggles, and future goals.
