I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals living in California, Colorado, Florida, and South Carolina. I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago in Hyde Park, and I have been providing clinical services for over a decade. I have worked in community mental health, schools, hospice, and homeless services. I help my clients navigate complex, challenging situations, and I approach each client with thoughtfulness, humor, empathy, and authenticity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I create an inviting and warm therapeutic space within which we can identify where you are feeling stuck and set goals by visualizing a future that feels aligned with your values. I have experienced my own host of losses and family illnesses - I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. My therapeutic approach trusts in the power of the relationship between therapist and client. Together, we can figure this out.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will meet weekly for virtual sessions. We can discuss the frequency of your sessions, if you are looking for a different cadence. We will establish your goals during our first few sessions, and revisit those goals to determine the course of therapy on an ongoing basis.
