I provide therapy from a holistic and Christian perspective. I am here to listen, challenge, and support you through your therapeutic journey. Open, honest, and respectful communication is how I tailor each session. Once we decide to work together, it will be a collaborative effort to help you work through your process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In each session, my goal to is to actively listen and understand your story. I create a welcoming and safe space to make you feel comfortable. Therapy brings you to a place of vulnerability and I am here to listen without judgement. We will work together to come up with treatment goals that are feasible and realistic for you.
