What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in nature-informed therapy approaches along with relational, cognitive behavioral, experiential, trauma-informed approaches, and others. I specialize in topics including identity questions, anxiety and depression, healing from trauma, neurodivergence, and climate anxiety. I use unconditional positive regard to support you in your values, goals, and hopes for yourself.
