I am licensed in Colorado, NJ and Vermont, practicing remotely only in NJ and Vermont. I provide supportive, empathetic therapy to adults (18+) with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, depression and trauma. I help people who have thinking, feeling and behavior patterns that they would like to change. This may include compulsions, addictions, the need to keep busy, and/or the need to make others feel comfortable often at their expense.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is built on supporting my client’s personal journey. I use a variety of tools and therapies including CBT, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you achieve clarity, set goals and manage your anxiety, compulsion, and trauma. I provide a warm, safe and non-judgemental environment to help my clients work towards their goals. I would love to hear from you.
