What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been working with children and families for the past 17 years and have been a therapist for the last 14. My areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, grief, blended families, co-parenting, relationship issues, codependency, and addiction. Over the years, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities families face and the importance of fostering resilience, connection, and understanding within family systems. Couples Counseling I am passionate about helping couples rediscover and rebuild their emotional connection and intimacy. Whether you feel stuck in recurring patterns of conflict or are seeking to restore your relationship, I offer a compassionate and effective approach to guide you through this process. I also enjoy working with couples preparing for marriage, as well as parents considering separation who wish to co-parent effectively and prioritize the well-being of their children.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based methods, including Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and systems theory. This combination allows me to tailor my work to your unique needs while fostering a deeper understanding of your relationships and patterns. Together, we will explore your goals and develop strategies to create lasting change and fulfillment in your life.
