I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago, and my approach to therapy is collaborative, focusing on your unique needs, goals, and life experiences that influence the challenges you face. Together, we develop a plan based on your therapy goals and process thoughts in a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults and teens from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. I have clinical experience working with those suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship issues, adjustment to change, divorce, loneliness, family conflicts and other mental health issues. I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, and EMDR to assist my clients in becoming the best version of themselves. I encourage you to take the first step toward handling painful feelings and thoughts more effectively, overcoming self doubt, and creating a more joyful and meaningful life.
