Hello, I'm Elizabeth Becerril, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field. I believe in a multimodal approach to therapy because each client is unique, with their own worldview and life experiences. Over the years, I've had the honor of assisting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Whether you're facing issues related to dementia, grief, life transitions, or any other mental health concern, I'm here to help and provide an unbiased, compassionate, and supportive presence to help you navigate your way back to a better life. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in mental health and a sub-concentration in service members, veterans, and families. I am also a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and a Certified Grief Educator via The David Kessler Training Program. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida International University. I am bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English. I am trained in EMDR and PE providing me with skills to assist you in working through any trauma. On a personal note, I am a former Army wife who proudly served alongside my husband for 27 years. This experience allowed me to live in different parts of the United States and appreciate the uniqueness of each state. I have four wonderful children who have taught me the importance of cherishing time and growing in patience.
