The communication prior to the appointment was non existent. I received multiple messages from zocdoc throughout the week prior to my appointment stating I would be contacted by the therapist, I waited all week for a message I never received until 50 minutes before the appointment about at 7:10am for an 8am appointment. I get up at 4am to be at my job by 7am in NYC, i have a busy schedule and have to plan my days accordingly, when I got up on the day of the appointment there was no message and I did not want to lose a days pay for an appointment I was not sure would happen. I was expecting a message at the very least 24 hours in advance. Communication is extremely important, in this case there was none. So I cannot speak on the quality of the session because it never happened, but on communication I give the office an F
