Hi! My approach to therapy consists of many theoretical orientations; with my favorites being Acceptance and Committment Therapy; Dialectial Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I view my role as someone who walks with clients to explore and discover their unique strengths. I encourage clients to bring their whole selves to our work; and that incluedes a sense of humor! I utilize an open; non-judgmental approach to treatment and believe its never too early or too late to work toward your goals. I specialize in parenting concenrs and maternal mental health.
