With over 20 years of experience working with individuals facing relationship issues, mental health concerns, substance use, and other emotional challenges, I work with all ages but specialize in young adults. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, which has equipped me with the skills to support my clients effectively.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
