The provider is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I have been in the field of addiction and mental health since 2018, obtaining my master’s in Addiction Counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School in 2020. I also hold a bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University and certificates from the University of Dayton and Penn Foster Career School. I have provided services in a variety of settings: intensive outpatient, residential, group homes, school counseling, and individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults. I bring a holistic yet eclectic approach to counseling, adapting my interventions to the unique needs of each client. I incorporate many modalities as I journey with clients through personal changes. I have extensive experience working with men and women, licensed professionals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, military members, and their families. Growing up in a military family, I understand the challenges of that lifestyle and have a passion for helping children and families navigate the many transitions we face continuously. To practice my own self-care, I have a goal of completing a 5k in all 50 states by age 50. I enjoy theatrical productions and the arts, including studying piano and voice, watching sports, and playing with my dog, Gypsy. I am passionate about empowering my clients to make positive, healthy decisions while walking beside them through their journey. The provider is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.
