“I am so grateful to have found Liz. I have been working with her for two years, and she has been the most encouraging, positive, and sensitive counselor I have ever worked with. She has really helped me grow in areas I have needed. Some days I just need to vent, and other days I need to hear the hard things, and Liz has a great understanding of what I need in the moment. Thank you Liz!!! ”

I am here to support your journey, while offering you concrete tools to use in between sessions. Therapy is a space to reconnect with your needs, build confidence in your decisions, and create healthier boundaries. I am here to support your journey, while offering you concrete tools to use in between sessions. With over 10 years of experience, I help adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, recovery, and depression. Clients appreciate my down-to-earth style, empathy, and ability to create a supportive space where real change feels possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or minimizing your struggles. You may wonder if your concerns are “big enough” or worry about being judged. In our work together, you don’t have to have the right words or all the answers. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and build confidence in their voice. My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to your unique path. A typical treatment plan focuses on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and strengthening self-trust. Together, we work toward reduced anxiety and stress, healthier relationships, improved mood, and greater confidence navigating life transitions and challenges.
