My communication style I create a comfortable environment where clients feel heard, respected, and validated. Clients are empowered to lead the session and become more confident in hearing their own voice. My goals for you In the first session, we gather information and create a picture of the issues to address. Together, we develop a game plan to tackle the issues. Follow-up sessions implement the plan. My first session with you Our goal in the first session is to create a clear picture of what's going on. Many questions are asked to understand symptom onset, relationship dynamics, and support systems. I take notes and carefully listen to concerns. Follow-up sessions focus on implementing strategies to mitigate challenges.
