I am an MSW, LCSW have extensive supervisory experience, teaching, have worked with substance use disorders, eating disorders, Recovery groups and run a private practice for twenty years. I utilize compassionate, strengths based solution focused approaches. I have run an equine and canine assisted based program. I have found brain spotting and EMDR successfully address complex trauma. I love my work helping clients find solutions to life. In my spare time, I volunteer in the nonprofit sector assisting people in crisis with food, housing and mentors. I find animals, very centering and love spending time in the water with my Golden Retriever, Rottweiler and horse.
