I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and use a variety of techniques within therapy; however; I believe the most important aspect is the quality of the therapeutic relationship and collaboration. I believe in the importance of developing our strengths to resolve conflict and to improve our daily lives. I am trained in CBT; Trauma-Focused CBT; and crisis intervention. I work with depression; anxiety; PTSD; parenting; relationship and spirituality issues. I love my job and am honored to be able to walk with people as they navigate through difficult times.
