I?ve worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse/addiction, anger management, psychosis, trauma & abuse, stress management, and relationship concerns. My approach I primarily use a person-centered approach, focusing on your goals and helping you grow through increasing awareness and insight into your concerns. I utilize components of psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, person-centered therapy, and pieces of IFS, mindfulness, and other creative techniques. My focus My clients typically range from young adults to older adults. My primary focus and specialty are trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I have also worked with clients with personality issues, psychosis, family concerns, sexual issues, and sexuality concerns. I am here to join you in your journey to better mental health! My communication style My communication style is laid back, but direct and kind. I am open, non-judgmental, and here to meet you where you are in your process! I use humor in sessions and like to create a safe, warm environment for you. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to therapy started when I was a young child. I saw mental health concerns within my family and wanted to understand my family and myself more! My interests growing up centered around PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I developed compassion and understanding for everyone in the mental health community at a young age. Education I earned my Master?s in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University, which has shaped my approach and deepened my understanding of mental health.
