Hi there, I'm Elizabeth! I believe that YOU are the best expert of you! I'm Elizabeth, and over my last 19 years of helping others, I've put my warm, gentle, and quirky personality into creating a safe place for therapy. My approach I bring Positive Psychology to my sessions! I incorporate theories such as Strengths-Based, Feminism, and Eco Psychology. I am trained in harm reduction, eye-movement-desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Exposure therapy and I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. My focus I have put my focus on working with depression, PTSD & trauma, anxiety, BPD, and those on the Autism spectrum. I enjoy working with neurodivergent adults and folx in the LGBTQ+ community.
