My practice is Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy, and I am here to support you in working towards wholeness by integrating the mind, body, and spirit. I offer Trauma modalities: Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, IFS (Parts Work), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and affirming. I address childhood trauma, Attachment wounds, Intergenerational trauma, and Psychospiritual concerns through a lens of Somatic and Parts. I work with the "little ones" inside the adults. I am passionate about accessing healing through non-ordinary states of consciousness and reconnecting with our ancestral wisdom. This is a safe space for people practicing alternative forms of Spiritual practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation to explore your needs and tell you more about my practice. If it feels like the right fit, we can schedule an initial consultation either in person at my office in Bloomfield, NJ, or via Zoom.
