work with clients exploring emotions, fantasies, and ways you engage with the world. I believe therapeutic healing occurs within a trusting relationship between client and therapist. My practice focuses on working in depth by creating a space where we can explore your most authentic self. I have experience working in residential settings with adults who have experienced psychiatric hospitalization, substance use concerns, and systemic oppression. I'm informed by somatic therapies, relational psychoanalysis and feminist theory. I am a candidate at the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training Program. I have experience teaching yoga in mental health settings. Through our relationship, we can better understand your emotional patterns that shape your life and find a path towards meaningful and lasting change. I work with clients ages 15 and older.
