Hello, I'm Elizabeth. My career began working with severely mentally ill clients, which laid a strong foundation for my understanding and empathy in the field of mental health. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with both children and adults dealing with a variety of challenges, including mental illness, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. With a decade of experience behind me, I can honestly say it remains my joy and privilege to help clients face, accept, and conquer what causes them to stumble, allowing them to live life to their fullest extent. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and understanding, and I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
