I offer fully telehealth counseling throughout Massachusetts and accept private pay (sliding scale fee schedule available) as well as Cigna, Aetna and Carelon insurances. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am here to help if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, a life transition, or grief. Telehealth therapy enables you to obtain treatment in the comfort and privacy of your own home. My evidence-based approach draws from a variety of treatment modalities and is personalized for your needs. Together, we will not just focus on "solving" immediate problems. We will work collaboratively to equip you with practical tools, knowledge and the confidence you need to live you life to the fullest. My ultimate goal is to support you and help you thrive.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The free, no-commitment 15 minute phone session enables us to review how telehealth counseling works and what brings you to treatment. If you chose to move forward, you can expect the first few session(s) will focus on your history, current life situation and goals. From there, we will create a customized treatment plan - a roadmap - of how to help you achieve your goals.
