What should a new client know about working with you?

Seeking counseling can be daunting, especially when it feels like our circumstances are beyond our control. It's a moment where we confront feelings of powerlessness and uncertainty. Though we might try to conceal our struggles, this often exacerbates them. However, by reaching out for counseling, we take a courageous step towards connecting with someone who can acknowledge our experiences and guide us towards constructive solutions. Conveniently situated in Boca Raton, Florida, I provide psychotherapy services tailored to individuals and couples, specializing in areas such as grief and loss, marital and relationship challenges, parenting, and life transitions. Sessions are easily accessible via telehealth, conducted either through telephone or video calls. Therapy is a space for vulnerability, making the choice of therapist a deeply personal one. It's crucial to find someone with whom you resonate. During our initial conversation, we can briefly discuss your needs and schedule an appointment. I'm eager to hear from you and begin this journey together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every session is confidential. In therapy, we explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, creating a plan for positive change. Real, lasting change comes from self-exploration and self-awareness. In therapy, we hope to work on identifying unmet needs, listening and responding more effectively, and finding positive solutions to problems that may arise. Skills you learn in therapy and coaching sessions can then be used immediately, as well as with future challenging situations.
