Hi, I’m Liz Hernandez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, burnout, depression, and the challenges of living with ADHD/ADD. I work with individuals from all walks of life, including those within the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, to create meaningful and lasting change. I use a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Attachment-Based approaches, tailoring treatment to your unique story. I believe in honoring individuality, and I strive to create a safe, shame-free space where you can feel understood and empowered. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark University in Portland, Oregon. Over the years, I’ve supported clients in diverse settings, always with a focus on cultivating confidence, self-esteem, and authentic identity.
