Getting to know Elizabeth Iniguez

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Iniguez (she/her), and I am a licensed clinical therapist and founder of Volver Psychotherapy. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Dominguez Hills. As an integrative therapist, I combine various techniques drawn from several therapeutic principles and practices to tailor each therapy session to the individual needs and circumstances of the people I work with. I provide a safe space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life can feel accepted and supported in discussing their struggles, challenges, and thoughts. In this space, honesty, change, and healing can occur. Whatever mental health challenges you or your child may be facing, you don't have to face them alone. Some of my areas of practice include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, hoarding, trauma, and working through emotional resolution from the past or present to help you move forward. I am trained in various evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT), Crisis Oriented Recovery Services (CORS), and Seeking Safety. I have experience working with children ages 9 and up, adolescents, and adults of all ages, including members of the Veteran population. I am bilingual and offer services in both English and Spanish.
