I walk alongside others and help them on their journey to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, grief. I have a heart for helping those who have experienced unimaginable trauma locally and abroad. I utilize somatic techniques, EMDR, CBT, and faith based upon request. Together we will work to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. This includes identifying and processing via a mind, body and spiritual approach.
