If you overthink, have trouble saying no, and have negative thoughts you've come to the right place. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Therapy can be a place where you slow down, understand what you're experiencing, and begin finding practical ways to move forward. I work with anxious women and teens who are struggling with panic, finding a voice, and self-esteem. Many of my clients are people who have experienced trauma and are inadvertently responding in ways that no longer help to feel better. In our time together, we will focus on setting boundaries and awareness of the brain/body connection so that you can begin experiencing confidence, self-worth, and ease in navigating relationships. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to figure everything out first or alone. We can discuss what you're going through and how therapy might support you. The light is on, it is time to show up for yourself.
