More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Verified patient
She is helping me tremendously with my mental health journey. ??
I'm sure she's helped a lot of people but personally didn't have the best experience. It's been a little bit since I had the appointment, but just in the process of searching for a good fit for myself, I'm understanding why I felt my experience with her felt a little off and that some of the things she said I would prefer to avoid in my therapeutic space.

LGBTQ+ ally! Positive and supportive therapist! Warm and also straightforward. You can tell she’s in it for the right reasons: to pay forward for positive therapeutic experiences shes had in her life. Highly recommend!
Ms. Ladin is an excellent therapist and she has been instrumental in helping me cope with the loss of my child. She is very compassionate and leads with kindness and respect. I am very fortunate and grateful to have her as my therapist. I highly recommend her to anyone who is facing tough challenges in life.
My visit is always helpful and useful to me. I appreciate all the caring and support that I receive. I use the helpful information in my sessions, and it has helped me change my life in positive ways.
Dr. Ladin helps me see my situation from a different perspective. She has helped me get out of a depressive state I genuinely didn’t think I would be able to get out of. I am beyond grateful to have her in my life because she knows exactly how to redirect my sadness and helps me open up my eyes and see it’s not how I think it is.
I’ve been seeing Elizabeth for a few months now, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. From day one, she made me feel very comfortable and really listened to what I was/am going through. Elizabeth is easy to talk to, down-to-earth, empathetic, supportive, and has given me practical tools that have actually helped with my anxiety. I highly recommend Elizabeth if you’re looking for someone who’s real, understanding, and genuinely cares.
My visits with Dr. Ladin provide me with the tools I need to cope. She not only is a very skilled therapist; but, she is very caring. She makes you feel safe, and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Ladin for anyone looking for therapy.
Dr is very helpful and actually listens to me.
Elizabeth is one of the best things that’s happened to our family. She has changed the course of my daughter and my future. She is always there for us and goes above and beyond expectations. I would recommend her to anyone and am truly grateful to have found her. She is a gem.
Dr. Ladin helped me through a very difficult time in my life. Her guidance and support has helped me make positive life changes I can use everyday. I really cannot recommend her enough.
She is one of the very best. I’ve been in therapy off and on for almost 16 years so I’ve had my fair share of therapist. She is one of the best. She listens and offers insightful feedback and she truly cares about my mental health and general wellbeing.
Elizabeth is like no other therapist I’ve worked with. She partners with you to set goals and truly helps you work towards them. She allows you to set the pace of your healing and works with you in order for you to feel safest in your journey. She is genuinely invested in you and your future and will help in whatever way she can to get you to your best self.
Dr Elizabeth is very caring of her patients. She is all in to help her clients get to where they want to be. She is warm and trustworthy. This helps When navigating difficult life situations.
I love working with Elizabeth. I have a need for structure and clear communication and I need to know if I’m doing the right thing. She has absolutely no issues telling me if the way I’m perceiving a situation could be different or is biased, she has no issues telling me if I’m doing a good job and if she hears something that sounds like it’s not coming from the right place. She is clear and concise while being warm and peaceful. She will not be the best fit for everyone but she’s absolutely the best fit for me. She’s inclusive and kind and very educated.
is an incredible therapist who has brought immense healing to me and my entire family in just a few months. After years of struggling with unresolved issues, we are finally experiencing meaningful progress. I am beyond grateful for her support and expertise, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking effective and compassionate care.
Dr. Ladin is such a warm and supportive person. She will carry you through your healing journey at the pace you set for yourself and will leave you feeling empowered to make meaningful change in your life. The level of care she provides is comparable to none and you can tell she is truly invested in each clients individual goals and treatment needs. Her style is unique, in the sense that it’s not a typical therapy intake where you feel you have to explain yourself and all of your traumas to a complete stranger (which most therapists in the past have made me feel) however, Dr. Ladin leaves the control in her clients hands to disclose what they want to when it feels safest for them. Dr. Ladin has helped me make incredible shifts in my confidence, career goals and relationships. I will forever be grateful for her support and encourage others to utilize her services as she truly is the best at what she does!
Each visit I have, I can tell that she truly cares about my well being. She goes above and beyond to work with me to find what works. She's also very flexible and understanding with unexpected changes.
