UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. The most important piece to counseling is the relationship and a therapeutic alliance between the therapist and the client. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood, and most importantly, a foundation of trust. Once this relationship is developed, the therapeutic process flows with effortless conversation, and with a counselor who has keen insight and the ability to recognize and identify patterns, “aha” moments and life-changing realizations emerge. I have a myriad of life experiences—I relate to a diversity of people and circumstances—and we can get through almost any adversity in life when we have support, hope, and trust that better days are ahead. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
