Getting to know Elizabeth Lolley

Laid back therapist with 20+ years of experience as a social worker. Shifted from case management to therapy in 2017, when I received my Master's in Social Work. In 2022, I became licensed and enjoy individualizing my approach based to your needs. I have worked with those experiencing various symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, life-changing issues, just to name a few. I can use very reality based, solution-focused methods, yet also understand when you just need space for processing and talking, while I listen and give you the safe space to express yourself. I have trainings in several different modalities from CBT to EFT-Tapping. I also am a Qualified Supervisor in the state of FL for license-seeking therapist obtaining their supervision. I became a therapist because of my strong interest in understanding why things are the way they are, as well as being a "deeply feeling" person who has experienced the spectrum of mental health symptoms in the past myself. I have a strong love and empathy for other people! I enjoy music, being outdoors, the beach, and decorating.
