“Working with Elizabeth Maino has been helping me a lot with my social anxiety, I have found that working with her has received some of this anxiety and I went from struggling to calm down during the day to now being able to a sleep a bit better at night and calming down during the day. Chatting with her is wonderful and she often gives me great advice for dealing with my anxiety and the memories of my past.”

Do you need someone to walk beside you and assist you as you grow into a healthier version of yourself? You are not alone, and I am here to help. I know it can be scary or uncomfortable to ask for help, but my hope is that you feel met with understanding, acceptance, and compassion. I provide a place where you can be yourself—where you can laugh, vent, curse, and cry. I am client-focused—we will journey together at your pace! I use empathy and proven therapeutic techniques to help you reach your goals. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from West Virginia University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. I am looking forward to meeting you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
