I'm Elizabeth Maino and I am now accepting new clients for telehealth therapy in North Carolina! I am very excited about working with you. Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship or parenting issues? I have decades of experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages. I have worked in hospitals, schools, community clinics and as an independent therapist.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It can be uncomfortable to ask for help, but I offer understanding, acceptance and compassion when you work with me. I provide a safe place where you can be yourself, where you can laugh, vent, curse and cry. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behaviorl Therapy which are clinically proven to improve anxiety and depression.
